Bright Future Care is a disability support provider that empowers individuals with disabilities to live their best, independent lives. We provide a comprehensive suite of services to assist individuals in navigating the many challenges and opportunities that come with living with a disability. Our services include specialised assistance and support for individuals with severe or permanent physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We also provide various programs that help participants develop the skills necessary for self-advocacy, such as decision-making and communication skills. Participants who wish to learn more about living with a disability or how to advocate for themselves can enrol in our training programs as well. Finally, we provide resources, information, and education to help individuals understand their condition better besides exploring new opportunities.

How We Work

Application

You will first need to submit an application with your personal details and services you will need.

Preparation

Once we review your application, we will schedule a consultation to prepare a plan for you.

Plan Review

We will review your existing NDIS plan, if you have one, and will check if you require any other service.

Planning

Once the new NDIS plan is created, we will create a schedule and budget for the same.

Providing

We will assign you qualified support workers based on your needs, preference, and comfort.

Supporting

We will assure your support services are continuous and sustainable.
